When I started shopping for an urn for my parents shared ashes, I knew I didn’t want the “standard” styles that are offered at the funeral home. I wanted something special and unique, and that had a theme that was suitable to them. I found the Cardinal Bird Memorial Urn for Mom and Dad in the 10 inch open teardrop shape. I was concerned that this would not look anything like what was pictured online, but took a chance and ordered it anyhow. I am SO thankful that I did. It is completely perfect! It took just a bit longer to get than I expected, but I am certain that was due to the email communication I had with a representative regarding the personalization. I have to thank them for reaching out though because initially I had decided not to get this as I was concerned it would get messed up. I went ahead with this option (omitted in the picture for privacy purposes) and so very happy that I did. Again, it is just perfect! I would definitely recommend!

Came out exactly
We love the way the urns came out! Came out exactly how we created it! They was so understanding and compassionate when explained our situation of how my brother's previous urn got last in transition and his service was that weekend. They expedited our order so it could get here by his service date. It did not but that was okay! It arrived on the same day we was told he was suppose to be cremated so that worked out even better!! The design is so beautiful, so realistic. Although they rushed the order, you can tell the process of creating his urn was not rushed. Only downside to the urn is to get to the ashes, it opens at the bottom but still not too big of an issue. While the urn itself feels slick, it is very sturdy and stable.

I ordered this beautiful urn and asked for a photo and quite a lot of wording on the back. The photo included my husband on the beach and I was a little concerned with how it would blend going from the front to the back. But for the money I took a chance.
