For orders placed without personalization details, customers are required to confirm within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email sent by Yatskia whether they would like the urn to be personalized or prepared without personalization.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent, the order will automatically be treated as a non-personalized order and the crafting process may begin.
Once the crafting process has started:
- No personalization can be added or changed.
- No names, dates, photos, quotes, messages, or other custom details can be added afterward.
- The order cannot be changed from non-personalized to personalized.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once crafting has begun.
- No refund will be initiated due to missing, late, or unconfirmed personalization instructions after the 24-hour confirmation period.
Customers are responsible for replying to the confirmation email and providing complete and accurate personalization details within the 24-hour confirmation period.

Product Description
Purple and pale brown pools are separated by soft white channels on this funeral ashes urn. Smaller patches near the shoulder lengthen into larger fluid areas toward the base, creating an irregular arrangement around the portrait. Fine silver-tone lines follow the marbling. The purple lid and neck repeat the principal color, while the example inscription rests in the lighter center.

The adult size urn is Aluminum, stands 10 inches and holds 200 cubic inches. The small cremation urns are also Aluminum; each stands 3 inches and holds 3–5 cubic inches. Their smaller capacity is intended for portions of ashes.
Four Size/Set selections are available: adult alone, one keepsake, four keepsakes, or adult plus four keepsakes. The keepsake urn sets combine four smaller pieces; choose the combined option when you want the adult size.
