For orders placed without personalization details, customers are required to confirm within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email sent by Yatskia whether they would like the urn to be personalized or prepared without personalization.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent, the order will automatically be treated as a non-personalized order and the crafting process may begin.
Once the crafting process has started:
- No personalization can be added or changed.
- No names, dates, photos, quotes, messages, or other custom details can be added afterward.
- The order cannot be changed from non-personalized to personalized.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once crafting has begun.
- No refund will be initiated due to missing, late, or unconfirmed personalization instructions after the 24-hour confirmation period.
Customers are responsible for replying to the confirmation email and providing complete and accurate personalization details within the 24-hour confirmation period.
If personalization is required, all requested details must be provided within 24 hours of the confirmation email sent by Yatskia. After this period, the order may proceed as a non-personalized order to avoid delays in crafting and shipment.

Product Description
Deep red ribbons flow down the left side of this ash urn and curve across its lower body. Gray-green bands follow their edges, traced by fine copper-tone lines. Cream marbling opens around the portrait and inscription, with lighter waves continuing across the right side. The solid red lid and neck echo the richer color beside the sample photograph.
Photo and text are optional on this cremains urn. Add your photograph, name, dates or a tribute of up to 30 characters. The pictured person and inscription are fictional samples showing a possible layout; supply your own image and exact wording.
The adult urn is Aluminum, measures 10 inches and holds 200 cubic inches. Matching sharing urns are also Aluminum; each measures 3 inches and holds 3–5 cubic inches. Choose according to the amount of ashes you intend to keep.
Four Size/Set options are available for these urns and keepsakes for ashes: adult alone, one keepsake, four keepsakes, or adult plus four keepsakes. The combined selection brings one adult together with four smaller pieces.

The asymmetric arrangement gathers its strongest color along one flank, leaving an open central field for personal details. A narrow silver-tone oval frames the photograph above the lettering. Will this hold a full adult's ashes?
Yes. The standard 10" size holds 200 cubic inches — the industry standard for an adult up to roughly 200 lb. If you're unsure, the Companion size holds two people; the Keepsake size holds a small portion for sharing among family.
