If we do not receive a response within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent, the order will automatically be treated as a non-personalized order and the crafting process may begin.
Once the crafting process has started:
- No personalization can be added or changed.
- No names, dates, photos, quotes, messages, or other custom details can be added afterward.
- The order cannot be changed from non-personalized to personalized.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once crafting has begun.
- No refund will be initiated due to missing, late, or unconfirmed personalization instructions after the 24-hour confirmation period.

Product Description
Dark and pale green bands curve down the left edge of this human cremation urn, with a separate band entering at the lower right. A mauve accent appears near the base. Fine gold-tone veins and flecks edge the mineral-like pattern, leaving a broad cream center beneath the deep-green neck and lid.

A silver-tone oval frames the fictional sample portrait. The central area presents the example name and dates against a light background. You can create a personalized urn for ashes with an optional photograph and text, including a name, dates and a tribute of up to 30 characters of your choosing.
Both sizes are made of Aluminum. The adult memorial urn measures 10 inches and holds 200 cubic inches. For a smaller portion, the small urn for ashes measures 3 inches and holds 3–5 cubic inches. The mineral-like appearance and gold-tone details are decorative artwork. Check capacity before choosing your arrangement.
Seven Size/Set options are offered: adult alone; one, two or four keepsakes alone; or an adult with one, two or four keepsakes. The keepsake urn sets provide matching smaller pieces for sharing portions of ashes. Review the selected combination so the number of pieces matches what you have planned.
For this cremation urn with artwork, the unequal side bands keep the center visually open around the photograph and wording. Personalization is optional, and the pictured personal details demonstrate a possible arrangement.
