- Large urn: Up to 80 engraving characters, unless the selected variant specifies a different limit.
- Keepsake or set with keepsakes: Up to 40 engraving characters by default. The counter follows your selected option.
- Optional AI previews are available for portrait and text-only personalization.
- Design Notes guide placement. With no notes, the AI chooses a layout when you generate a preview.
- For text-only personalization, the exact text entered will be used for crafting. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
For orders placed without personalization details, customers are required to confirm within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email sent by Yatskia whether they would like the urn to be personalized or prepared without personalization.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent, the order will automatically be treated as a non-personalized order and the crafting process may begin.
Once the crafting process has started:
- No personalization can be added or changed.
- No names, dates, photos, quotes, messages, or other custom details can be added afterward.
- The order cannot be changed from non-personalized to personalized.
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once crafting has begun.
- No refund will be initiated due to missing, late, or unconfirmed personalization instructions after the 24-hour confirmation period.
Customers are responsible for replying to the confirmation email and providing complete and accurate personalization details within the 24-hour confirmation period.
If personalization is required, all requested details must be provided within 24 hours of the confirmation email sent by Yatskia. After this period, the order may proceed as a non-personalized order to avoid delays in crafting and shipment.

An aluminum cremation urn for human ashes. Pink and blue swirls carry gold tone accents around the rounded body. Choose your preferred shape from the Design menu.
Choose a single urn for your own remembrance space, or a set for family members sharing ashes. The smaller keepsakes hold a portion of ashes and serve a different purpose from the large urn.
Material and finish
The marble appearance is a decorative finish on aluminum. Metallic accents are decorative color details.
Sizes and set contents
- 10 inch large urn: One large urn. Keepsakes are sold separately or included only when you choose a bundle.
- 3 inch keepsake: One small urn for a portion of ashes.
- 3 inch keepsake set of 2: Two small urns, each for a portion of ashes.
- 3 inch keepsake set of 4: Four small urns, each for a portion of ashes.
- Large urn bundle with 1 keepsake: One 10 inch large urn and 1 matching 3 inch keepsake urn.
- Large urn bundle with 2 keepsakes: One 10 inch large urn and 2 matching 3 inch keepsake urns.
- Large urn bundle with 4 keepsakes: One 10 inch large urn and 4 matching 3 inch keepsake urns.

Personalization and care
If you add personalization, review the options and placement for your chosen urn. Check names, dates and spelling before submitting your order. For routine care, wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Will this hold a full adult's ashes?
Yes. The standard 10" size holds 200 cubic inches — the industry standard for an adult up to roughly 200 lb. If you're unsure, the Companion size holds two people; the Keepsake size holds a small portion for sharing among family.

Yes — names, dates, or a short message at no extra cost. You'll approve a digital proof before we engrave. No upsells, no hidden fees.
